Maximum ventilation is approximately 400mm with three optional fixed intermediary positions at 100mm, 200mm and 300mm

The lid is able to be installed onto a new or existing upstand with a horizontal 50 mm wide flat kerb top. Please note that an existing or new timber kerb is required to be at least 150 mm high from the finished roof level to comply with building regulations and can be installed on a pitch of no more than 7°.
