It is connected to an existing tap or water connection on the wall (e.g. hansgrohe FixFit) via a second shower hose. Yet another advantage: The overhead or hand shower can be conveniently selected with just a twist. The water quantity and temperature are controlled separately using the existing tap. In so doing, if a bath tub is converted to a shower, for example, the bath mixer can continue to be used with a connection for a hand shower. Or the bath tub can be upgraded with a high-quality hansgrohe shower solution. This shower head consumes up to 40% less water than the standard version here (EcoSmart) to save money and the environment.
