Warm flat roofs with any hot applied waterproofing system (including torch-on) and any bitumen compatible single-ply membrane system.
Actis Hybris Panels are 1.2m in length, 114.5 cm in width, and have a thickness of 15.5cm, providing a total coverage area of 2.74m2.
Made of shaped polyethylene foam bonded to aluminium-coated films, their honeycomb structure with low-emissivity cavities provides high thermal efficiency. Heat capacity is 2300JK/kgK. Suitable for timber frames, masonry, pitched roofs, ceilings, and floors. Lightweight with tensile strength over 45kPa, tested to EN 1608 and EN 12310-1, durability maintained after ageing.
ckwool Sound Insulation Slab, measuring 1.2m x 60cm x 10cm, covers 4.32m2. Designed for internal walls and floors, it reduces noise between rooms and neighbouring properties, while offering excellent fire resistance. Made from stone, its dense, open-porous structure absorbs sound and prevents vibrations. Non-combustible, it withstands temperatures up to 1,000C, serving as a fire barrier to enhance safety and protect property.
Rockwool Sound Insulation Slab measures 1.2m in length, 60cm in width, and has a thickness of 5cm, providing a total coverage area of 6.48 m2.
Designed for use in separating internal walls and floors, Rockwool Sound Insulation Slab reduces noise from adjacent properties and between rooms in the same homes, as well as providing exceptional fire resistance. Made from stone, Rockwool insulation absorbs sound and reduces sound vibrations due to its density, non-directional fibre orientation and its open porous structure; trapping and preventing sound waves from travelling through it. Rockwool insulation is non-combustible, and able to withstand temperatures up to 1,000 degrees centergrade. Rockwool insulation acts like a fire barrier, improving the safety of occupants and protecting property and contents in the event of a fire.
Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21 is an easy to install, polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board for full fill cavity wall applications, with excellent thermal performance (0.021 W/m.K). Featuring a low emissivity foil facing, it can be installed with up to a 10mm residual cavity (to support ease of installation and accommodate mortar squeeze) or as a full fill solution with no residual cavity. Another significant benefit of Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21 is that it does not require board joints to be taped, saving both time and additional cost to the installer. The tongue and groove edge profile helps to keep the boards in line and acts as the barrier to water ingress by preventing water from tracking between the board joints.
